CEO, Founder, Broker – Matthew Kammeyer is a born-and-raised Las Vegas native who has spent his entire life and career serving the Southern Nevada community. He has built his reputation on a simple but powerful belief: he is a consultant first and a real estate professional second. That client-centered philosophy is the foundation of Five Star Property Management Las Vegas and the reason investors trust him with their assets.

Matthew’s real estate management began in 1997 and he became an active investor in 2000. Nationally known as a subject matter authority in property management, Matthew brings a level of knowledge and insight that few in the industry can match. As a current real estate investor himself, he understands firsthand what property owners need because he is one. That perspective gives Five Star clients a distinct advantage, knowing their properties are managed by someone who looks out for their interests as a fellow investor.

In addition to his BSBA in Real Estate from UNLV, Matthew holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a veteran member of the Association of REALTORS. Matthew sits on multiple boards and committees dedicated to the betterment of the Las Vegas and real estate communities.

Matthew is passionate about pushing the industry forward. He continuously gives back through mentorships, speaking at industry conferences, coaching colleagues, and masterminding with property managers both locally and nationwide.

Outside the office, Matthew is a proud family man usually be found shuffling kids to baseball tournaments or dance competitions. Besides his family, his other passions are classic cars and catching sporting events such as the Raiders, Vegas Golden Knights, or UNLV games.
