I have been a showing agent for multiple property management companies, and Five Star is one of the best and easiest companies to work with.

All the properties I’ve shown have been clean, well-maintained, and presentable. Access is always easy, the showing instructions are clear, and everything is well organized.

Brenna, the staff member I’ve worked with, is always prompt, responsive, and organized which is the very important quality for the property management company.

Overall, it has been a pleasure working with them, and I highly recommend them to both agents and prospective tenants.

I just wanted to compliment the immediate response and attentive service that I receive from the APM team at Five Star Property Management Company in regards to any issues with maintenance during my tenancy !
I’m so impressed with their quick service response to any problems or issues that I have had that I plan on renewing my lease with them as far as possible? They have replaced washer machines and refrigerators with new appliances as soon as I informed them of any problems or maintenance issues! I don’t know of any property management company that is quick to replace major appliances with brand new appliances! They have always been quick to respond to any problems that arise and recommend the Property Management Company and Especially their Blue Team for the highest level of service and rating possible! I would recommend this group to any potential tenants! With a 5 star rating!

Buying is a stressful process and exhausting, but Matt made it happen for me. after weeks of searching I finally found the home that I really at the price I wanted. Couldn't have done it without Matt. He's very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in real estate. Most important part for me was that he was able to work around my difficult and complicated work schedule.

Matt was great to work with. He helped us sell our house in no time for full asking price. Then he helped us purchase our new house, which happened to be the first house we looked at (at a lower price than asking due to his valuation and negotiation). We couldnt have been happier with the outcome of both the sale and purchase. Entire process took less than 6 weeks for both.

I've purchased multiple homes from Matt and he's managed properties for friends and family for years. I've never met a harder working realtor. He'll spend countless hours insuring he's working the best possible deal for you. I've worked with enough realtors and property managers to know that some are only concerned with their bottom line, not Matt, he's in it for you.

What an excellent Property Management Company. They are always in communication with us about any issues that have come up for our property. Having only ever dealt with one other property management company before, I didn't have high expectations for Five Star. Although our move in wasn't ideal (a few things fell through the cracks after the previous tenants moved out), they did everything to make it right and have been nothing but amazing and accommodating ever since.
