I would like to praise Brenna Stahl, the receptionist at Five Star Property Management Company in Las Vegas, Nevada. Whenever I call, she is always welcoming, polite, and very helpful. She brings a fantastic professional energy to the front desk. 5 stars for Brenna Stahl! It's rare to find such great front-desk service.

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding support we received from our property manager Martha Garcia. We live out of state and relied heavily on our property manager for everything. We had a recent incident that needed extensive coordination and effort with all parties involved. Martha went out of her way to help us through a very difficult and stressful situation. Her dedication and compassion showed that she truly cared for us not just as a client but actual people as homeowners.

Buying is a stressful process and exhausting, but Matt made it happen for me. after weeks of searching I finally found the home that I really at the price I wanted. Couldn't have done it without Matt. He's very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in real estate. Most important part for me was that he was able to work around my difficult and complicated work schedule.

Matt was great to work with. He helped us sell our house in no time for full asking price. Then he helped us purchase our new house, which happened to be the first house we looked at (at a lower price than asking due to his valuation and negotiation). We couldnt have been happier with the outcome of both the sale and purchase. Entire process took less than 6 weeks for both.

I've purchased multiple homes from Matt and he's managed properties for friends and family for years. I've never met a harder working realtor. He'll spend countless hours insuring he's working the best possible deal for you. I've worked with enough realtors and property managers to know that some are only concerned with their bottom line, not Matt, he's in it for you.

What an excellent Property Management Company. They are always in communication with us about any issues that have come up for our property. They have their vendors go out immediately when any issues arise. Whether it is a leaking pipe or a broken water heater. They are very responsive and attentive to us as owners and also the tenant. Would highly recommend this company for your property management needs.

Having only ever dealt with one other property management company before, I didn't have high expectations for Five Star. Although our move in wasn't ideal (a few things fell through the cracks after the previous tenants moved out), they did everything to make it right and have been nothing but amazing and accommodating ever since. Amanda (and Leo) are fast to respond to all my questions and I truly get the feeling that they care about my concerns. You've got a great team, Matt!
