I just wanted to compliment the immediate response and attentive service that I receive from the APM team at Five Star Property Management Company in regards to any issues with maintenance during my tenancy !
I’m so impressed with their quick service response to any problems or issues that I have had that I plan on renewing my lease with them as far as possible? They have replaced washer machines and refrigerators with new appliances as soon as I informed them of any problems or maintenance issues! I don’t know of any property management company that is quick to replace major appliances with brand new appliances! They have always been quick to respond to any problems that arise and recommend the Property Management Company and Especially their Blue Team for the highest level of service and rating possible! I would recommend this group to any potential tenants! With a 5 star rating!

Vonda was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and worked hard to help resolve my move-out concerns. I truly appreciate her patience, kindness, and dedication. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile for their clients, and Vonda definitely did. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Vonda and Five Star Property Management!

Great customer service is easy when all goes without a hitch. However, the companies that respond quickly when things are less than ideal show the real depth of the staff. Five Star responded quickly to my issue and was concerned about doing things right. The staff has always been super friendly and professional. I appreciate that mindset and definitely would recommend 5 Star if you are looking to rent long or short term.

I have had a good experience with Samir. He has made all the difference.????
Five Star feels very "big corporation" without personal customer service. The difference for me was Samir taking good care of us. He answered emails in reasonable time, communicated well, answered questions, solved problems, and seemed to care. While Five Star is the least personable mgmt company I have dealt with, Samir makes up for it. He has been great. They should hire 20 more of him. If you have a reason to call a property mgmt company, you want to be able to talk to someone like Samir. Without Samir, I would give a MUCH LOWER score. Anytime we had an issue, Samir was ready to help, answer questions, and do what he could to resolve it. If it wasn't for his good customer service, we would have considered renting another property. They should give him a raise and promote him. If you get Five Star as a tenant, you should hope for someone like him.
I am giving a good score because of Samir.
Without him, it would be a low score.

Buying is a stressful process and exhausting, but Matt made it happen for me. after weeks of searching I finally found the home that I really at the price I wanted. Couldn't have done it without Matt. He's very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in real estate. Most important part for me was that he was able to work around my difficult and complicated work schedule.
Sandy S. Amazing is all I can say. This team was able to sell our house in under 2 weeks! We couldn't afford to pay to sell the house. Matt was able to pull a HUD statement for us and sell the house based on our criteria.

Matt was great to work with. He helped us sell our house in no time for full asking price. Then he helped us purchase our new house, which happened to be the first house we looked at (at a lower price than asking due to his valuation and negotiation). We couldnt have been happier with the outcome of both the sale and purchase. Entire process took less than 6 weeks for both.
