The team is a cohesive unit working together for just the client or the landlord. Five Star is just what their name suggests- they have 5 stars taking care of my property. I feel that I have finally found a property management company who helping me to take care of my rental property. Samir and Kuuipo take all my phone calls and other communication ( for example. Emails) and answers them promptly. I’m so happy that Google steered me to Five Star Property Management company.

Buying is a stressful process and exhausting, but Matt made it happen for me. after weeks of searching I finally found the home that I really at the price I wanted. Couldn't have done it without Matt. He's very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in real estate. Most important part for me was that he was able to work around my difficult and complicated work schedule.

Matt was great to work with. He helped us sell our house in no time for full asking price. Then he helped us purchase our new house, which happened to be the first house we looked at (at a lower price than asking due to his valuation and negotiation). We couldnt have been happier with the outcome of both the sale and purchase. Entire process took less than 6 weeks for both.

He'll spend countless hours insuring he's working the best possible deal for you. I've worked with enough realtors and property managers to know that some are only concerned with their bottom line, not Matt, he's in it for you.

What an excellent Property Management Company. They are always in communication with us about any issues that have come up for our property. Having only ever dealt with one other property management company before, I didn't have high expectations for Five Star.
