CEO, Founder, Broker – Matthew Kammeyer has based his entire career on the idea that he is a consultant first and a real estate expert second.  Matthew’s breadth of experience includes over $150 Million in real estate transactions and $150 Million in current assets under management. A Las Vegas native, Matthew began managing real estate in 1997 and became an investor in 2000. In addition to receiving his BSBA in Real Estate from the Finance Department at UNLV, Matthew is actively involved as a CCIM designee (Certified Commercial Investment Membership), and a veteran member of the National State and Local Association of REALTORS.  Matthew also serves on many boards and committees for the betterment of the Las Vegas and real estate communities. Matthew continuously educates others through mentorships, speaking at industry conferences, and coaching colleagues. Matthew makes time to push the industry forward by masterminding with other Las Vegas property managers as well as many nationwide. In addition to acting as Corporate Broker for Five Star Real Estate & Property Management,  he is also the Corporate Property Manager and Business Broker for the company.   Matthew can usually be found with his family in off time shuffling kids to baseball tournaments or dance competitions as well as the occasional Raiders game, Vegas Golden Knights game, or Aviators game.

Co-Founder – JoDee Kammeyer brings the team value in oversight of building, implementing, and managing office systems and back office support.  She has developed most of these skills on the job as operations manager for a large electrical supply company, office manager for Las Vegas operations of tech company Xerox and within the real estate industry.  JoDee’s education spans beyond real estate as a graduate of Business Management from UNLV.  Also as a Las Vegas local since 1988 she has built many relationships through family ties at Summerlin Little League, Faith Lutheran School and UNLV.  JoDee is a proud mother of 2 beautiful children, and gives back to as many causes as possible. She can usually be found making friends with everyones dogs.

Field Service Manager, Realtor – Ryan Redwood originally from Louisiana, Ryan brings southern hospitality to Five Star! He is responsible for all field service operations including inspections, meetings, and vendor accountability. He enjoys rooting for the NO Saints and KC Chiefs.

Maintenance Coordinator – Ernie Ferruscaoriginally from Texas, Ernie brings a tough as nails, gentleman quality to our maintenance team. He is responsible for the management of repairs, vendor relationships, and preparing properties to be ready for our next fabulous resident! You will often find Ernie on the phone patiently answering questions and following up for you.

Administrative Team Lead – Azury Velazquez  Azury is a seasoned administrative team member in property management for years. She is a primary contact for clients, and manages our relationships with HOAs and Utility companies, oversees property marketing as well as eviction services. When something needs to get done, she is the woman for the job. Her family is important to her and she strives to keep them close.

Customer Service Lead – Brenda Bibriesca with a long history in Las Vegas, Brenda has developed many relationships as well as vast experience in property management. She had lead the front lines of many companies before landing at Five Star. Walking in the office you will normally find her happily assisting one of our customers or clients. She keeps our customers in contact with the right team member. Outside of work she can be found spending quality time with her family.

Resident Advocate, Maintenance Team member – Nikki De Asis Nikki is a strong, flexible person. She is a leader in customer service and assists our maintenance team. We love Nikki and you will too!
