Quick Lease Guarantee

The Five Star Quick Lease Guarantee aligns our interests with our property owner clients. If we do not lease your home in 30 days, we reduce our leasing fees by 50%!

No Long Term Commitments

Although we would love to work with you as long as possible, we understand that nothing is forever. That is why we created an “Easy Exit” program for when the day comes that you want to move back into your home, sell it, or just do whatever you like. That is why we provide a major difference from our competitors who hold their clients hostage with long-term contracts. Instead at Five Star PM, we provide Short-Term Agreements with the ability to part ways with No Termination Fee.

Animal Protection Program

The Five Star Animal Protection Program is a Zero cost option to property owner clients where household pets we screen reside in the home. Even better, property owner clients receive a split of pet rent while enjoying the benefit of $1,500–$3,000 per pet protections. We are able to do this by hiring the industry leader in pet screening, following all federal laws.

Rent-Ready Scope Commitment

The Five Star Rent Ready Scope Commitment provides surety to know that when a vendor gives you a bid, we make them stand behind it. We are property investors too and do not like foreseeable changes to scopes of repair work.

Repair Authorization Protection

We have heard from too many property owner clients about other companies that approve work above what was agreed to in advance. We don’t think that’s fair. That is why we created the Five Star Repair Authorization Protection. We do not spend your money on a non-emergency repair exceeding what you approved in advance.

Tenant Placement Commitment

The Five Star Tenant Placement Commitment ensures our property owner clients are protected with high quality background screening. We believe so strongly in our first in class screening procedures that we will replace any tenant that vacates early. Restrictions apply such as military relocations.
